Advent Electronics LLC LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

At Advent Electronics LLC we stand behind all of our work with 30 days Limited Warranty on labor, for repairs completed in our Novi office, with 100% satisfaction guaranteed governed by our TERMS & CONDITIONS POLICY.

Advent Electronics LLC warrants to the original purchaser that any hardware part (provided and installed by Advent Electronics LLC ) for the custom build computer system, excluding accessories (display monitor, keyboard, mouse, software, operating system, documentation, cables, power or electrical components and similar items) will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for the period of 30 days included with the purchase from the date of delivery to Customer. During the 30 days warranty period for parts, Advent Electronics LLC will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, the defective computer component, free of charge for labor and/or parts depending on your warranty period. Parts may not be the same but will be equivalent parts.

Advent Electronics LLC will cover the costs for replacing any installed defective part(s) within the first 30 days (at Advent Electronics LLC office location in Novi) of the invoice date. After 30 days customer will be held liable for any defective computer parts component that was originally installed by Advent Electronics LLC . The warranty will not include for any additional hardware or software that was installed by client or any other computer service provider.

The remedy for this breach of warranty is limited to replacement or repair with parts warranted for the remainder of the warranty period. Any additional purchases or upgrades will not extend this warranty. Excluded from this warranty is any damage caused during shipment (except the shipment to the original purchaser) and any damage caused by: impacts, fluids, fire, flood, wind, earthquake, lightning or similar disaster; unauthorized modifications, attachments or peripherals, improper use, environment, installation or electrical supply; improper maintenance; any other misuse, abuse, or mishandling.
Advent Electronics LLC shall, under no circumstances, be liable for any other damages, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential and other similar claims whether based upon breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, or strict liability, or any other similar theories. Damages excluded include but are not limited to: loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data or software, loss of use of the hardware system, loss of use of related equipment, cost of substitute or replacement equipment, “down-time”, purchaser’s time, injury to property, and all claims of third parties. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, Advent Electronics LLC MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD BY PC EXPERT SERVICES. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, Advent Electronics LLC . EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Advent Electronics LLC  makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.

Advent Electronics LLC is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the computer. Under no circumstances shall Advent Electronics LLC be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the computer.

Advent Electronics LLC 30 days Limited Warranty covers labor costs for 30 days on direct defective part replacement service directly from Advent Electronics LLC for 30 days at Advent Electronics LLC  office location. In the first 30 days, Advent Electronics LLC will help replace any defective parts for the customer as long as those parts are still under warranty with the manufacture. Certain components might be covered from 30 days from the manufacture.

Advent Electronics LLC 30 days Limited Warranty will not cover any installed software corruption, data loss, Virus, Malware, Adware infections, and misuse, abuse and neglect of the custom build computer system at customer location or at a remote location.
Advent Electronics LLC 30 days limited labor warranty will not cover any repair or component replacement at any remote or customer location. Regular labor charges, and possible travel charges, will apply for onsite services.

In the event that your computer is returned to Advent Electronics LLC for repair – should no defect in materials or workmanship is found, you will be responsible for parts, shipping and current labor charges.

No warranty extension will be granted for any replacement part(s) furnished to the purchaser in fulfillment of this warranty.

Customer is responsible, before bringing the computer for repair, to make a copy backup of their data and all their installed programs and remove any confidential or personal information and remove any media. Advent Electronics LLC will not take any liability for any data loss during repair or parts replacement.

Any replaced and defective parts component will not be returned to customer.

Advent Electronics LLC makes no warranty either expressed or implied regarding third-party software.
